4. If you spend a lot of time on our website browsing, sometimes our website will reserve your selected accommodation in the background & prevent you from booking.

If this happens don't panic, try these options:

Try another device, and try to go through the booking process 1st time.

or

close your tab, delete your cookies & try again.

If your buying as a gift we highly recommend using the persons mobile phone number on the booking, this will prevent a lot of problems for all concerned when the day finally arrives.

(For data protection reasons, we can only discuss/amend the booking with the person who made the booking)

Once you have made your booking, all communications will be made by our computer via text message. We will not routinely contact you until the day of the arrival, when our system will message the number on the booking with all information regarding your visit.
